The Participant will remain the sole owner of all Intellectual Property Rights on his application. By entering an application he accepts the rules of the competition and he grants IBBT the necessary rights to evaluate his application and to give access to third parties in conformity with the rules.
The Participant is solely responsible for the content of his application. He therefore confirms that no third party rights are infringed by his participation in this competition or by the use to be made of his application by the IBBT in conformity with the rules. The Participant will hold IBBT harmless from any claims of third parties based upon a potential infringement of their rights.
By entering the competition the Participant might provide IBBT with personal data. These personal data are stored in files held by IBBT, Zuiderpoort Office park, Gaston Crommenlaan 8 bus 102, 9050 Gent-Ledeberg.
These data are used for the sole purpose of this competition and will i.a. not be used by IBBT for direct marketing or provided to a third party.
The Participant has the right to consult and, if necessary, rectify his personal data. In order to do so, the Participant has to send a dated and signed request, together with a copy of his ID card, to IBBT at the address given above.
