The government can only solve problems if they know them. There are a lot of dangerous situations that no officials instances know.
Reporting a problem with this website is extremely easy. The websites centralizes everything and sends the information to the right authority; the visitor doesn’t have to search who is authorized. It also gives the possibility to view the reported problems, the solved problems, viewing location with GoogleMaps and searching in reports.
